About our Company



Our founder, Linda Giordano, RN, MSN, CLNC, has a master's degree in primary health care of adults and 30 years of clinical and administrative experience in health care delivery. She has a broad clinical background, ranging from critical care in the acute hospital setting to community based health care services that included occupational health and home health care. The last 15 years of her clinical practice have been devoted to working with the health care needs of a senior population, focusing on both medical and psychiatric issues in chronic disease management. She has worked as an advanced practice nurse in geriatric psychiatry and as a geriatric care management consultant, specializing in the complex care needs of dementia patients. In addition to her role as a legal nurse consultant, Linda continues to practice as an independent clinical consultant in geriatric behavioral health at long-term care facilities in Maryland.
